DIRECT LINE is a non-emergency medical transport company established on July 24, 1996. It provides safe, reliable, courteous, clean, comfortable and affordable transportation to clients with limited mobility. Transport services include bringing clients to their medical appointments for dialysis, physical therapy, stroke rehabilitation, dental requirements or other transportation needs. The combined experience and training of its staff will make sure that their clients reach their destination safely and promptly. Its fleet of vehicles are equipped with the following:
- specially operated wheelchair lift or gurney, depending on the client's requirements (in accordance with ADA specifications)
- first aid kit and fire extinguisher
- heating and airconditioning
- smoke- free environment
- cellular phones and two-way radio access
Our courteous and dependable drivers and service staff are thoughtful and compassionate individuals who understand the difficulties experienced by people with limited mobility. Each driver has a clean DMV record and has completed the American Red Cross Standard First Aid and CPR. They are aware of the clients' limitations and needs. And they make sure you are a fully satisfied client.
